1st race day back at Tuggers today  Was a great day on a top new track.......just a shame it was so hot. |

No racing in Canberra last night as temp stayed at 38 till late last night so Melba cancelled racing due to the heat. No racing at Taggers today as temp is to hit 41 so again racing has been cancelled. Looks like I may need to travel with the kids a a cooler place so we can get some track time  |

No word yet mate. I put my bike back together and tried to ride and I can't. I think I have made the groin worse. Griffo if you see this before you leave, it is 5.05pm and the hotline excuse the pun does not say anything. It is currently 40 here  |

I think it was 40 when we got there but they waited 4 the sun 2 go down a bit. Mate when i ripped my groin i was out of work for 1 week the best thing 4 it is ice every 2 hours every day and go on google and find some stretches for it and you'll be back in no time. My god Tim was a machine tonight Simon is doing well 4 not training at all for the past 6-7 weeks ,all u old boys are just machines |

Yeah he's fine the thing that shocked him the most was the stack cause its been 3 years since the last big one and the things he's jumped and jumped off man it scares me
