Ride the BEST ride GHP

« on: January 25, 2008, 08:40:27 pm »

After having to send payments away now for the Southern Regionals , the ACT Championships and so others I was thinking how much simpler it would be if payment could have been made by credit card, direct deposit or even paypal. If we could make payment this way we could then enter online and just show up on the day with the signed forms. The current system makes it hard on people that do not use cheques that end up needing to take time off work to get a money order from the post office etc...

Think it is time the sport moved with the times and gave more options.

Hay if XBR can do it so can all of us.

Found on another site.  Hope clubs start using this.

XBR has this technology available for clubs and associations to use now.  It is ready now! It works and it integrates with the BEM software to make setting up for a race event a simple process.  We are already in discussions with a number of clubs and associations who are looking to take advantage of this technology.  A number are also interested in using TRANSPONDERS.  I understand that TRACK ATTACK has had its fair share of line disputes. We did not encounter one line dispute in our SUMMER SERIES. We even had one race where many would have called a dead heat - but the transponders were able to show that there were 3x100ths of a second separating the two riders. Our Transponders were also used at the BSX where they were able to confirm JOSH CALLAN'S win by .049 sec over Billy Jolliffe in the final.  THAT IS TECHNOLOGY and these are the kinds of things that XBR has been working on to advance the sport.

We are looking forward to showcasing our technologies and racing ideas  at our up and coming AUTUMN RACE SERIES - ONLINE REGISTRATION & PAYMENT, TRANSPONDERS, 3HR from start to finish of racing, DOUBLE HEADERS with late start SAturdays and early Start Sundays so people can do other things on their weekends, BANDS, DANCERS. OLD SCHOOL TRACKS (Barwon Eagles and Warrnambool OS) and a whole lot of fun.   There are 8 rounds over FOUR WEEKENDS.  Best six count.  DOUBLE POINTS @ WARRNAMBOOL  Cost on average of $15-20 Per round.

REGISTRATION OPENS NEXT WEEK at www.xbr.com.au

If you would like to use Transponders or XBR's ONLINE REGISTRATION and PAYMENT SYSTEM for your next event - please contact me on 0412 246012 or send an email to sales@xbr.com.au
